A: I like to say the sooner the better; however the choice is up to each couple. You will not be charged more if you book a planning package six months out, or one year and beyond. You may as well get as much help as you can in the process early on!

Q: When is the best time to hire a planner?

A: Yes, absolutely! This is exactly what our Wedding Management Experience entails. We begin working with you six weeks prior to your wedding date to review all the plans you have put into place. With our expertise we then come up with a detailed schedule for your wedding day.

Q: Can you help me finalize just the details?

A: Of course we do! Each of our special experiences include the set-up of your decor and personal elements ranging from (centerpieces, place cards, menus, favors).

Q: Do you help with our set-up?

A: Our design style is displayed through appreciation of our life experiences, and places we’ve visited. We maintain a classic fine-art aesthetic within each of our designs. We are always inspired by each venue, client, and trends throughout the years as they are always evolving.

Q: How do you describe your style?

A: Yes absolutely, We are here to recommend different ideas and preferences. We will ensure everything complements one another and is cohesive. At the end of the day it is your special day, and our team is here to make your vision come to life!

Q: do we still have control of the wedding style?

A: We currently have two members that are a part of our team. Depending on the size and overall logistics of your event will determine how many team members that will be present for your day.

Q: How many people will be present on our day?

A: Currently we mainly serve Manitoba and Ontario. However, if your event is outside of these areas but within Canada please fill out our inquiry form and we will see what we can do!

Q: Do you travel?

A:In case myself or any of our team members fall sick, we will always have a back-up plan to ensure your event is fully staffed. We have an amazing wedding planning family within our WPIC alumni (Wedding Planners Institute of Canada).

Q: What happens if you are sick?

A: Each year we take on fifteen Management and or Design couples, and four Full Planning couples. We have this set amount to ensure that each of our couples are immersed in a hands-on detailed experience.

Q: How many weddings do you take on per year?

A: We take a great amount of time in the preparation leading up to your day however, we can not always control when the unexpected occurs. We have specific plans for guest management, rain plan, and assisting with other wedding related emergencies.
