We are about to work real close for a long period of time, so getting to know more about me is important. At my core, I’m a designer, a perfectionist, and someone who finds happiness in meaningful, beautifully crafted moments. My love for aesthetics, close connections, and intentional design led me to create something that felt both deeply personal and impactful. What began as a dream has since grown into Evergreen Weddings Co., a full-service planning and design studio that reflects not only my vision but the values and artistry I hold close.

When I’m not designing events, you’ll find me enjoying quiet mornings with a perfect French press or an extra hot cappuccino in hand, listening to an audio book, and spending time with my miniature dachshund Arthur (he is the centre of my world). I love spending quality time with family and friends, or travelling to the lake for inspiration and rest. These simple joys fuel my creativity and keep me grounded in what really matters.

Travel has been a profound source of inspiration throughout my life. Some of my favorite places I’ve visited have left a lasting impression, especially Paris, France. I love Paris for the architecture and monuments, its sense of grandeur, romance, and elegance resonates deeply with the aesthetic I strive to bring into every wedding. The city’s timeless charm and refined design philosophy continually influence the way I approach atmosphere, detail, and experience.
With years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for design, and a level of organization that is second to none, I bring a tailored and thoughtful perspective to every event. We take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure each couple receives our full attention and a truly personalized experience. From the first conversation to the final farewell, we are by your side, listening closely, thinking five steps ahead, and handling every detail with intention.

Led by me (Holly), and supported by my incredibly talented team members Jenn and Colette, our company offers a seamless blend of refined planning, thoughtful management, and elevated styling. Jenn and Colette each bring their own strengths and creative insight to the table, ensuring that every couple feels supported, understood, and inspired throughout the entire planning process.
