Our Event Management offering begins eight weeks before your wedding day, offering a seamless transition from planning to flawless execution. We will conduct a thorough review of your existing plans, review your vendor contracts, create a comprehensive timeline, and oversee every logistical detail. From vendor coordination to final confirmations, our team steps in to ensure everything unfolds smoothly allowing you to be fully present on the day, knowing every detail is expertly managed.
A: We work with couples from across North America, Europe, and beyond. What matters is that your vision aligns with our approach. Wherever you are planning from, the experience we offer is the same: calm, concierge-level, and personal.
A: It depends on your preferences and comfort level. Many of our couples prefer at least one visit to their venue and the surrounding area before the wedding day, and we would encourage it where your schedule allows. That said, we are experienced in planning destination weddings entirely remotely, and our thorough vetting process means you can trust that the spaces and vendors we recommend are truly exceptional, even if you have not seen them in person.
A: We recommend reaching out at least 12 to 18 months in advance. The most sought-after venues in Spain particularly along the Costa Brava and in Mallorca reserve quickly for the peak season (May to September). The earlier we begin, the more options are open to us, and the more time we have to craft every element with care.
A: Venue sourcing and scouting, vendor curation, design direction and concept development, logistics and guest experience planning, legal marriage guidance, consistent communication throughout the process, and full on-the-ground management on your wedding day. You should not have to think about a single logistical detail, that is entirely our role.
A: We build a clear communication structure at the very beginning of our working relationship. You will always know what to expect in terms of updates, meetings, and check-ins. We work across multiple time zones regularly and are experienced in making the distance feel manageable.
A: Yes. We guide you through the legal requirements for marriage in Spain and connect you with the right legal contacts. Requirements vary depending on your nationality and country of residence, we always recommend beginning that process early in your planning timeline.
A: We intentionally limit ourselves to a small number of full-service weddings each year destination weddings included. This is a deliberate choice, so that every couple receives the depth of attention and care their celebration deserves. If our calendar allows, we would love to hear about your vision.
A: Our destination work spans Southern and Western Europe, including Italy, Montenegro, France, and beyond. Spain is where the majority of our European work is concentrated, but we welcome conversations about other locations. If your dream destination is elsewhere in Europe, we would love to talk.

I cannot say enough good things about Holly and her team at Evergreen Weddings. Holly is exceptionally good at her job and an expert in her industry. She's down to earth, able to make quick decisions for you, but also respects your wishes/vision for your big day! We had issues with communication from our caterer leading up to the wedding, and Holly stepped in and managed to resolve the problems immediately—taking away alot of stress for me.
If something went wrong on our wedding day, we wouldn't have known because Holly took care of it. Add the wedding planner and management into your budget, you will not regret it.
