Our Event Management offering begins eight weeks before your wedding day, offering a seamless transition from planning to flawless execution. We will conduct a thorough review of your existing plans, review your vendor contracts, create a comprehensive timeline, and oversee every logistical detail. From vendor coordination to final confirmations, our team steps in to ensure everything unfolds smoothly allowing you to be fully present on the day, knowing every detail is expertly managed.

In addition to our full-service weddings, we reserve space in our calendar for select event management clients. Our approach is highly personalized, and keeping our workload intentional ensures we can maintain the highest level of service and design integrity for every celebration we produce.

I cannot say enough good things about Holly and her team at Evergreen Weddings. Holly is exceptionally good at her job and an expert in her industry. She's down to earth, able to make quick decisions for you, but also respects your wishes/vision for your big day! We had issues with communication from our caterer leading up to the wedding, and Holly stepped in and managed to resolve the problems immediately—taking away alot of stress for me.
If something went wrong on our wedding day, we wouldn't have known because Holly took care of it. Add the wedding planner and management into your budget, you will not regret it.
